- To view the 3D bones, you must have the Quicktime Viewer installed on your machine. If you can see the rotating tooth here, then you have Quicktime installed. If not, you must first install the Quicktime viewer. You can obtain it free here. After installing it you can test it again here. You should now see the rotating tooth. If so, you can now proceed to any of the QTVR movies on this site. Just left click on top of the loaded movie and drag your mouse horizontally (while you hold the mouse clicked). That should work. If not, see below.
- If you are using Internet Explorer, it may not work. The quick fix is to download Firefox (free) or Google Chrome (also free) and install one of these superior browsers. It will work then (you may have to reinstall Quicktime, but by now you are an expert at that!).
- If you have difficulty with any of the features on this website, please feel free to contact us with your problem. You may email us here. Please include your computer type (i.e. Mac or PC), your operating system (i.e. Windows Vista, or XP, etc) and the browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari), as well as the nature of the problem. We will try to address your problem as soon as possible. Generally everything works well with Firefox, as that is the browser we use.
